Seafood

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

In a medium saucepan, add the shrimp, crab meat, and scallops. Cook over medium heat until the shrimp are pink and the scallops are opaque, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess liquid and set aside to cool.

Cheese Mixture

  1. 2

    Mix the Cheese Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. 3

    Add the Cheeses

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.

Combine Ingredients

  1. 4

    Combine Seafood and Cheese Mixture

Gently fold the cooked seafood mixture into the cheese mixture. Be careful not to break up the seafood too much.

Seasoning

  1. 5

    Season the Dip

Add the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice to the combined mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.

Serve

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle additional Old Bay seasoning on top. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables.
