Prepare the Filling

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chicken breast. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let cool before shredding.

Cook the Ground Beef
In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.

Cook the Pork Shoulder
In a slow cooker, add the pork shoulder and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until tender. Shred the pork once cooked.
Assemble the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Add the Filling
Place a generous scoop of your choice of chicken, beef, or pork in the center of each tortilla.

Top with Salsa and Vegetables
Add a spoonful of salsa over the filling, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

Finish with Garnishes
Top with a dollop of sour cream, slices of avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice.

Fold the tortillas over the filling and serve immediately with additional lime wedges on the side.
