Preparing the Protein

Cook the Steak/Carnitas/Chorizo/Tilapia/Shrimp/Al Pastor
Choose your protein and cook it according to your preference. For steak, grill or pan-sear until desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side. For carnitas, heat in a pan until warmed through. For chorizo, crumble and cook until browned. For tilapia, season and pan-fry for about 3-4 minutes per side. For shrimp, sauté until pink and opaque. For al pastor, grill until caramelized.

Warm the Corn Tortillas
Heat the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.
