Preparing the Steak

Coat the Steak
Place the T-bone steaks in the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Chop the Vegetables
Roughly chop the romaine lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.

Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
