Preparing the Seafood

    Cook the Shrimp

    In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add Shrimp

    Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

    Add Crab Meat

    Remove the skillet from heat and gently fold in the cooked crab meat and lemon juice. Set aside.

Assembling the Nachos

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Layer Tortilla Chips

    Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

    Add Cheese

    Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously over the tortilla chips.

    Add Seafood Topping

    Evenly distribute the seafood mixture over the cheese-covered tortilla chips.

    Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.

    Remove from the oven and top with sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, sour cream, and guacamole.
