Method

Burrito

    Warm Tortillas

    Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.

    Assemble Burrito

    Layer cooked rice, black beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa in the center of each tortilla.

    Roll Burrito

    Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.

Enchilada

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Soften Tortillas

    Soften corn tortillas in a skillet for a few seconds on each side.

    Fill Tortillas

    Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken, roll them up and place in a baking dish.

    Add Sauce and Cheese

    Pour enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Bake Enchiladas

    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Taco

    Cook Beef

    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Fill each taco shell with ground beef, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

    Add taco sauce to taste and serve immediately.

Chili Relleno

    Roast poblano peppers over an open flame until the skin is charred. Let cool and peel off the skin.
