Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the T-bone or ribeye steaks with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the seasoned steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Making the Steak Fries

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

  2. 4

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Preparing the Salad

  1. 5

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes (halved), and sliced cucumber.

  2. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.

Grilling Mushrooms & Onions

  1. 7

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the mushrooms and onion. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onions until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.

  2. 8

    Add Mushrooms

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
