Prepare the Seafood
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked crab meat and cooked shrimp. Toss gently to mix and set aside.

Prepare the Cheese
In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cheese blend to ensure an even distribution of flavors.
Assembly

Layer the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet, spread the tortilla chips evenly. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture over the chips.

Add Seafood
Evenly distribute the crab and shrimp mixture over the cheese-covered chips. Top with the remaining cheese.

Sprinkle the Old Bay seasoning evenly over the top of the nachos.
Baking

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove the nachos from the oven. Garnish with chopped cilantro, dollops of sour cream, and sliced jalapeños to taste. Serve immediately.
