Preparing the Camarones a la Diabla

Add Spices
Stir in the dried red chili flakes and chipotle peppers, cooking for an additional minute.

Add Tomato Sauce
Pour in the tomato sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the sauce and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
Making the Guacamole Salad

Prepare Avocados
In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados with lime juice until smooth.

Rinse Rice
Rinse the long-grain rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Cook Rice
In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
Preparing the Pico de Gallo

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, minced jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
