Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Seasonings
Sprinkle the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the cooked beef. Stir well to coat the meat with the spices and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add Beans and Sauce
Drain and rinse the canned black beans. Add them to the skillet along with the red burrito sauce. Stir everything together and simmer for 5 minutes.

Incorporate Cheese Dip
Reduce the heat to low and add the cheese dip to the mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is combined, about 2-3 minutes.
