Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patty

In a mixing bowl, combine the American Kobe beef blend with salt and black pepper. Form into a patty about 1 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place the sharp cheddar cheese slices on top of the patty and cover to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Bun

While the cheese is melting, slice the brioche bun in half and toast it on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread the ETC sauce on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Layer with lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, pickles, and onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burger immediately with your choice of sides.
