Add Toppings
Remove the mushrooms from the oven, spread a generous amount of pesto sauce on each mushroom, top with sliced tomatoes, and sprinkle with Fontina cheese.
- 6
Final Bake
Return the mushrooms to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 7
Serve
Serve the roasted Portobello mushrooms on slices of Tuscan loaf, garnished with additional pesto if desired.
