Finger Steaks

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Slice the sirloin steak into finger-sized strips, about 1 inch wide.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. 3

    Bread the Steak

Dip each steak strip into the flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  5. 5

    Fry the Finger Steaks

Carefully add the breaded steak strips to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Drain and Serve

Remove the finger steaks from the skillet and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with house cocktail sauce and ETC sauce.
