Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, gently combine the American Kobe beef blend with salt and pepper. Form into a half-pound patty.

  3. 3

    Grill the Burger

On a preheated grill or skillet, cook the burger patty for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place the white cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread chipotle BBQ sauce on the bottom half of the stone ground brioche bun. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top, followed by crispy bacon slices and crispy onion straws. Top with the other half of the bun.
