Marinate the Snap Peas
In a bowl, combine the fresh rosemary, minced garlic, maple syrup, chili sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined. Add the snap peas to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Prepare the Topping
In a separate bowl, combine the grated Asiago cheese, bread crumbs, and lemon zest. Mix well and set aside.

Bake the Snap Peas
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the marinated snap peas evenly on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the Asiago and breadcrumb mixture over the top of the snap peas. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread crumbs are golden brown.
