Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the wings. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and mix well.

Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the crispy wings and the buffalo sauce. Toss until the wings are fully coated.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.
