Trim any excess fat from the NY strip steak and cut it into 1-inch cubes.

Prepare the Steak

In a bowl, combine the cubed steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Marinate the Steak

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Alternate threading the marinated steak cubes and peppadew peppers onto the skewers.

Prepare the Skewers

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

Grill the Skewers

Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with blue cheese fondue for dipping.
