OUR VERSION OF TIRAMISU. fresh mascarpone, lady fingers, Chocolate ganache

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Whip the Cream

Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

Combine with Mascarpone

In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso with coffee liqueur (if using). Allow to cool slightly.

Mix Coffee

Quickly dip each lady finger into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them.

Dip Lady Fingers

In a rectangular dish, layer half of the dipped lady fingers. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the lady fingers, then drizzle half of the chocolate ganache on top.

Layer Ingredients

Repeat the process with the remaining lady fingers, mascarpone mixture, and chocolate ganache.

Repeat Layers

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Chill

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder. Cut into squares and enjoy!
