Prepare Fresh Orange Juice

Squeeze the juice from fresh oranges until you have 4 cups. Strain if desired.

Squeeze the juice from fresh grapefruits until you have 2 cups. Strain if desired.

Blend fresh pineapple chunks with a little water until smooth, then strain to get 2 cups of juice.
