1. Make the Dough

3. Chill the Dough
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Shape the Pastries
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into strips and twist each strip into a torcetti shape.
5. Bake the Pastries
Place the torcetti on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
