Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Fold in the dried fruits, chopped nuts, and chocolate chips (if using).

Shape Cookies
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
