Figs Jam

Figs Jam

    Prepare the Figs

    Wash and chop the fresh figs into small pieces.

    Cook the Jam

    In a medium saucepan, combine chopped figs, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes until it thickens.

    Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Let cool completely before storing.

Blackberry Jam
