Prepare the Ingredients
Measure out the dried sage leaves, dried rosemary leaves, and lemon rind. Set them aside.

Steep the Tea
Place the dried sage, rosemary, and lemon rind in a tea infuser or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the herbs and allow them to steep for 5-7 minutes.

If desired, stir in honey to taste for sweetness.
