Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Make Dough
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and tear the basil leaves. Set aside.

Assemble Appetizer
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by cherry tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
