Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the green and red bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and button mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Making the Garlicky Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a garlicky sauce.
Roasting the Vegetables

Combine and Toss
Pour the garlicky sauce over the chopped vegetables in the mixing bowl. Toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated with the sauce.

Spread on Baking Sheet
Spread the coated vegetables evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast the Vegetables
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized.
