Preparation

    Prepare Raspberry Purée

    In a blender, combine fresh or frozen raspberries with a small amount of water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove seeds. You should have about 200 ml of raspberry purée.

    Juice Preparation

    Squeeze fresh limes to obtain 50 ml of lime juice. Measure and set aside.

Mixing the Drink

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large pitcher, combine 750 ml of Rosé wine, 200 ml of raspberry purée, 100 ml of orange liqueur, 50 ml of lime juice, and 200 ml of cranberry juice.

    Mix Well

    Stir the mixture gently with a long spoon until all ingredients are well combined.

    Add Club Soda

    Just before serving, add 250 ml of club soda to the pitcher to give the drink a refreshing fizz. Stir gently to incorporate.

    Add fresh raspberries, orange slices, lime slices, and mint leaves to the pitcher for decoration and added flavor.
