Base Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Make Raspberry Purée

If you do not have pre-made raspberry purée, blend fresh or frozen raspberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, raspberry purée, orange liqueur, lime juice, and cranberry juice. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Serving

  1. 3

    Add Soda

Just before serving, add the club soda to the mixture in the pitcher and stir gently to combine. This will give the drink a refreshing fizz.

  2. 4

    Garnish

Pour the drink into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with seasonal fruit such as fresh raspberries, lime wedges, or orange slices for added flavor and visual appeal.
