Make Raspberry Purée
If you do not have pre-made raspberry purée, blend fresh or frozen raspberries in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and set aside.

Mix Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, raspberry purée, orange liqueur, lime juice, and cranberry juice. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Serving

Add Soda
Just before serving, add the club soda to the mixture in the pitcher and stir gently to combine. This will give the drink a refreshing fizz.

Garnish
Pour the drink into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with seasonal fruit such as fresh raspberries, lime wedges, or orange slices for added flavor and visual appeal.
