Mix the Base Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the lemon-lime soda, grenadine syrup, blue raspberry syrup, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to avoid losing the fizziness of the soda.

Prepare the Glasses
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes until they are about halfway full.

Layer the Drink
Pour the mixed drink into each glass slowly so that the layers begin to form. Start with the grenadine syrup at the bottom, followed by the pineapple juice, and then top off with the lemon-lime soda mixture. The blue raspberry syrup can be drizzled on top for additional color.

Top each drink with a maraschino cherry and a sprinkle of rainbow sprinkles for added flair. Place a stick of cotton candy in each drink as a 'magic wand'.
