Meatballs

Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Mix Meatball Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized meatballs, about 2 inches in diameter.

Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Sheet
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through.

Combine Sauce Ingredients
Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and sugar.

Simmer Sauce
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley until well combined.

Bake Garlic Homeloaf
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until heated through.

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
