Peach Slush Preparation

    Blend the Ingredients

    In a blender, combine the sliced fresh peaches, granulated sugar, and fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

    Add the ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture is slushy and well combined.

Serving

    Pour and Serve

    Pour the peach slush into a glass, leaving some space at the top. Open the mini bottle of Henkell sparkling wine and pour gently over the slush. Serve immediately with a straw or a spoon.
