Made in-house, our Cannelloni is stuffed with five cheeses, loaded with Mario's Signature Tomato Sauce and topped with Provolone and bruschetta. Finish your meal with a mini oreo cheesecake.

Prepare the Filling

Mix the Cheeses
In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, gorgonzola, and fontina cheeses. Stir until well blended.

Season the Filling
Add salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to the cheese mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.
Make the Tomato Sauce

Add Tomatoes and Season
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, then add oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Cannelloni

Stuff the Pasta
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a small spoon, carefully fill each cannelloni tube with the cheese mixture.

Layer with Sauce
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the filled cannelloni on top, then cover with the remaining sauce.

Add Cheese and Bake
Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve

Top with Bruschetta
Once out of the oven, let the cannelloni rest for 5 minutes. Top with bruschetta before serving.
