Method

Prepare the Pizza Base

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). This ensures the pizza cooks evenly and gets a nice crust.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Dough

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Make sure the thickness is even across the entire base.

  3. 3

    Oil the Base

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush the dough with olive oil to create a crispy crust.

Assemble the Pizza

  1. 4

    Spread the Sauce

Spread the Mario's pizza sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving about an inch of space at the edges for the crust.

  2. 5

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle the pizza mozzarella evenly over the sauce, covering it completely.

  3. 6

    Add Toppings

Evenly distribute the pepperoni and sliced bell peppers on top of the cheese.

Bake the Pizza

  1. 7

    Bake the Pizza

Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Prepare the Side Option

  1. 8

    Choose Your Side

While the pizza is baking, prepare your choice of soup, salad, or fries. If opting for fries, consider frying or baking them according to package instructions or your recipe.

Serve

  1. 9

    Slice and Serve

Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice it into 4 equal pieces and serve with your chosen side.
