Prepare the Chicken
While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly, then slice into strips or cubes.
- 3
Sauté the Mushrooms
In the same skillet used for the chicken, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Add the sliced button mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are tender and golden brown. Remove from heat.
- 4
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked linguine, sliced chicken, sautéed mushrooms, fresh bruschetta, and Alfredo sauce. Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- 5
Add Cheese
Fold in the grated Parmesan cheese into the pasta mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Baking

Bake the Tetrazzini
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the linguine mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and the top is slightly golden.

Serve the Dish
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve the Chicken Tetrazzini hot with a side of Garlic Homeloaf and your choice of soup or salad.
