Method
Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prep the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Add Parmesan and Parsley
Remove the wings from the oven and immediately sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the hot wings.
Prepare the Celery Sticks

Wash and Cut
Wash the celery stalks under cold water and cut them into 3-4 inch sticks.
Make the Creamy Caesar Dip

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir until the dip is smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
