Cook the Penne
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, rosé wine, heavy cream, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked penne with the sauce, mixing well to ensure all pasta is coated.
