Method

Pasta Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your choice of pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, or linguine) and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 2

    Heat the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, add your choice of sauce (marinara, alfredo, pesto, or carbonara) and warm it gently, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Topping Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare Your Toppings

Choose your toppings (grilled chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, or parmesan cheese). If using grilled chicken or shrimp, they can be pre-cooked and sliced/shredded. Mushrooms can be sautéed in a bit of olive oil until golden.

Soup/Salad Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Soup or Salad

Serve a bowl of minestrone soup or a serving of Caesar salad as a side to your pasta.

Garlic Homeloaf Preparation

  1. 5

    Make the Garlic Homeloaf

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise, spread the garlic butter evenly on both halves, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Combine Everything

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with your chosen sauce. Toss well to coat. Top with your selected toppings and serve with the soup/salad and garlic homeloaf.
