
Bruschetta Flatbread Recipe
We bake our traditional pizza crust with mozzarella cheese until golden brown and top it with delicious bruschetta mix, goat cheese and fresh arugula. Finished with a balsamic drizzle.

Preparing the Flatbread Crust

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

Shape the Dough
On a floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape to fit your baking sheet.

Transfer to Baking Sheet
Transfer the shaped dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the dough.

Bake Flatbread
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Preparing the Bruschetta Topping

Dice Tomatoes
While the flatbread is baking, dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Basil
Chop the fresh basil and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Add Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the tomato mixture.

Season Mixture
Drizzle in the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.

Mix Together
Toss everything together until well combined.
Assembling the Bruschetta Flatbread

Cool Flatbread
Once the flatbread is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Add Bruschetta
Spread the bruschetta mixture evenly over the baked flatbread.

Add Goat Cheese
Crumble the goat cheese over the bruschetta topping.

Garnish
Top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze to taste.
