Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Swordfish

Season the swordfish steaks generously with coarse black pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Swordfish

Add the seasoned swordfish steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice crust. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Broccoli Rabe

In the same skillet, add the broccoli rabe and a splash of water. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes until tender. Remove the lid, add the pine nuts, and sauté for another 2 minutes until the nuts are toasted.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Panisse and Artichokes

Heat the panisse in a separate pan until golden brown. In the last minute, add the artichoke hearts to warm through.

  5. 5

    Serve

On each plate, place a swordfish steak, a serving of sautéed broccoli rabe with pine nuts, a few pieces of panisse, and artichoke hearts drizzled with harissa.
