Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Bread
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread with the butterscotch sauce, making sure all pieces are well-coated.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture over the bread mixture and gently fold until the bread is fully soaked.

Bake
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.

Cool and Serve
Allow the bread pudding to cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with praline ice cream and drizzled with salted butter caramel.
