Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth.

Add Ice
Add 1 to 2 cups of ice to the blender, depending on your desired consistency. Blend again until the ice is crushed and the mixture is frosty.

Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled glass and pour the blended Pina Colada mixture into it, leaving some space at the top.

Garnish the Drink
Garnish with a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass, place a maraschino cherry on top, and sprinkle shredded coconut over the drink.
