Preparation of Cauliflower
- 1
Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- 2
Season the Cauliflower
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Preparing Buffalo Sauce

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined and heated through, then remove from heat.
Making Ranch Dressing
- 5
Combine Ranch Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Toss Cauliflower in Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and place it in a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss gently until all the pieces are well coated.
- 7
