Method

Cheesecake Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue to beat until well combined.

  2. 2

    Add the Remaining Ingredients

Mix in the sour cream, vanilla bean paste, and guava puree until fully incorporated. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Finally, fold in the flour until just combined.

  3. 3

    Bake the Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Pour the cheesecake mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour.

  4. 4

    Cool and Chill

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
