    Prepare the Garlic Crumble

    Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat, drain on paper towels, and set aside.

    Griddle the Toast

    In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Lightly toast the bread slices on both sides until they are golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and let them cool slightly.

    Assemble the Caesar

    On each slice of griddled toast, place a few white anchovies. Sprinkle the garlic crumble on top, add salt and black pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley.

    Serve

    Serve immediately while the toast is warm and crispy.
