Preparation

Prepare the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Add salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the chicken wings. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.
Cooking

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy, turning once halfway through.
Sauce Preparation

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Remove from heat.

Make BBQ Sauce
In another saucepan, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika. Heat over low until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
Tossing

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the desired sauce (Buffalo or BBQ) over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
Serving

Serve Hot
Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
