Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mix the Beef

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form each portion into a patty. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.

Cook the Burger Patty

  1. 3

    Heat the Grill or Pan

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little oil to prevent sticking.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Prepare the House Sauce

  1. 5

    Mix the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and chopped pickles. Stir until well blended.

Prepare the Toppings

  1. 6

    Slice the Vegetables

Thinly slice the tomato and onion. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 7

    Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty, slices of tomato, and onion. Drizzle with house sauce and top with the other half of the bun.
