Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix crust ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Press into pan
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer.

Bake the crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.

Prepare cream cheese
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add sugar
Gradually add granulated sugar to the cream cheese, beating until well combined and fluffy.

Incorporate sour cream and vanilla
Add sour cream and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until smooth.

Add eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure a smooth batter.

Stir in flour
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.

Pour into crust
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
