Method

Prepare the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Cut the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake the Cauliflower

  1. 4

    Spread on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

  2. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Make the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 6

    Combine Sauce Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and honey (if using) until well combined.

Toss Cauliflower in Buffalo Sauce

  1. 7

    Combine Cauliflower and Sauce

Once the cauliflower is done baking, transfer it to a large mixing bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over it. Toss to coat evenly.

Prepare the Ranch Dressing

  1. 8

    Mix Ranch Ingredients

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Serve

  1. 9

    Plate and Enjoy

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, drizzled with extra buffalo sauce if desired, alongside the ranch dressing for dipping.
