Popcorn Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Marinate Chicken
Pour buttermilk over the chicken pieces and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Coat the Chicken
After marinating, take each chicken piece and coat it thoroughly in the dry mixture.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.

Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, horseradish sauce, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or horseradish to your preference.

Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
