1. Prepare the Glass

Fill a copper mug or glass with ice to chill while you prepare the drink.

2. Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds.

3. Add Ginger Beer

Strain the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and gently stir to combine.

4. Add Jalapeño Slices

Garnish the drink with fresh jalapeño slices for an extra kick of heat.

5. Finish with Lime and Mint

Add a lime wedge on the rim of the glass and drop in the mint leaves. Optionally, clap the mint leaves between your palms to release their aroma before adding.
