Flatbread Base

Method

Prepare the Flatbread

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the flatbreads.

  2. 2

    Prepare Flatbread Base

Place the flatbread pieces on a baking sheet. Brush each piece with olive oil, ensuring even coverage.

  3. 3

    Seasoning

Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the oiled flatbreads for added flavor.

Add Toppings

  1. 4

    Spread Tomato Sauce

Using a spoon, evenly spread 1/2 cup of tomato sauce on each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

  2. 5

    Add Cheese

Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce on each flatbread.

  3. 6

    Layer Pepperoni

Top the cheese with an even layer of pepperoni slices. Feel free to use more or less based on your preference.

  4. 7

    Finish with Parmesan

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese over each flatbread for an extra cheesy flavor.

Bake the Flatbreads

  1. 8

    Bake

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

  2. 9

    Garnish (optional)

If desired, sprinkle fresh basil over the flatbreads after removing them from the oven for a fresh touch.

Serve

  1. 10

    Cut and Serve

Remove the flatbreads from the oven, let them cool for a minute, then cut into slices. Serve warm.
